ezylinkindia is a directory that helps people find local businesses and contact them. By using the website or the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

You must be 18 or older to create an account.

When you call, message or visit a business you found here, you are dealing with that business directly. We are not a party to it. We do not supply their goods or services, take your payment for them, or guarantee their work, prices, availability or timings.

We try hard to keep listings accurate — our team visits businesses in person to register them — but details change. Please confirm anything important with the business before you rely on it, especially opening hours, prices and offers.

• Write about your own genuine experience with that business.
• No abuse, hate speech, threats, obscenity or personal information about anyone.
• Do not post fake reviews, whether to lift your own business or to damage a competitor. Do not accept payment to write one.
• Keep it relevant: a review is about the business, not about politics, another customer, or us.

You keep ownership of what you write, and you give us permission to display it on ezylinkindia. We may hide or remove a review that breaks these rules, and we may remove an account that repeatedly does. Business owners can reply to reviews and can report one they believe is fake — we look at each report. Anyone signed in can report a review, or block its author so their reviews are hidden for them (Report → Block this reviewer).

• Give us true information, and keep it up to date.
• List only a business you actually own or are authorised to represent.
• Only upload photos you have the right to use.
• Paid packages are yearly and are described on the “List your business” page. Our agent sets everything up with you and records the payment.
• We may decline or remove a listing that is fraudulent, illegal, or misrepresents what the business does.

Paid packages are shown higher in search results, and Premium listings also appear in Top picks and in a pinned spot on their category page. Each one carries its package badge (Plus, Premium) so visitors can see it. No package buys a number of calls or a guaranteed outcome; packages buy the features listed against them.

• Scrape, bulk-download or copy the directory to build a competing one.
• Use the contact details here to send marketing messages or spam.
• Try to break, overload or get around the security of the site or the app.
• Impersonate someone else, or use someone else's account.

You sign in with a 6-digit code sent to your email, or with Google. Keep access to that email address secure — anyone who can read it can sign in as you. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into your account.

You can delete your account at any time.

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw features. If we ever shut the service down, we will give reasonable notice so you can retrieve anything you need.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your dealings with a business you found here, from information in a listing being wrong or out of date, or from the service being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when we last did. Continuing to use ezylinkindia after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mangaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
